An overview of how Re-Lease protects data and how long records are kept.

1. Agency-scoped workspaces

Each agency's data is isolated within its own workspace. Cross-agency access is prevented by design.

2. Authentication and access control

Access requires authentication and is governed by user roles within the agency.

3. Private document storage

Uploaded and generated documents are stored privately and served only to authorised users of the owning agency.

4. Audit logs

Key actions, decisions and document events are recorded to support accountability.

5. Backups and resilience

[Placeholder] Backup and resilience arrangements to be confirmed by the operating entity.

6. Data retention

[Placeholder] Records are retained for the renewal lifecycle and for applicable legal and record-keeping periods. The detailed retention schedule is to be finalised before public launch.
