2. Relevant content only
Do not upload sensitive content that is unrelated to lease renewals.
3. No cross-agency access
Do not attempt to access another agency's data, or any data you are not authorised to see.
4. Protect contact details
Do not misuse landlord or tenant contact details, including for unsolicited or unrelated communications.
5. No fraud or impersonation
Do not issue fraudulent notices or impersonate any person or agency.
6. Accuracy of data
The agency is responsible for the accuracy of the data it captures and the communications it sends.
7. Enforcement
Misuse may lead to suspension of access. Please report misuse via the Contact / Information Officer page.
